“The team at Irish parcels are great. Before I discovered them - sending parcels to loved ones far away was a leap in the dark. Irish parcels have taken that stress away - they liaise with service provider and provide feedback and help to solve problems if there is any. I would recommend them wholeheartedly 100% .”

“Poor customer service. Don't take responsibility for their chosen courier DHL not the companies listed on their website. DHL have the highest additional charges, clearly to be seen on comparisons. Told that was a "conspiracy theory" and sarcastic attitude. Poor response to complaint. I'd advise against them.”

Dear Gemma Gallagher, thank you for your feedback. I am not sure I fully understand your comments above, I can see your shipment is currently being processed and should arrive on time. You send an item from the UK to Ireland and your customs forms declared your item as a purchase in the UK. Since Brexit items sent to/from the UK have to be processed by customs, this is not something to do with Irish Parcels or the courier, they simply process on behalf of the Irish Revenue. We can assist with any questions around duty and customs fees, simply email us info@irishparcels.ie and we would be happy to help. We are disappointed with a 1-star review as we do not feel this truly represents our services, all shipments have the same legal customs requirements and this is not just Irish Parcels or individual couriers.

“I've been using Irish Parcels for several years to send parcels abroad to Canada & Australia. The service is very easy to use and offers a number of different delivery options at different prices. The great thing is that the parcel is collected from your home so no need to visit the post office! This time my parcel was collected on a Wednesday morning and was delivered to my daughter in Vancouver on the Saturday i.e. 3 days and this was the standard service. Excellent service and highly reconmended.”

“A simple process from start to finish. As I don't courier parcels very often I found Irish Parcels very accessible and gave immediate responses to any questions. I was contacted twice after parcel was picked up to ensure I understood where parcel was and when it would arrive. Well done Irish Parcels - I know who I'll turn to next time.”

“I used Irish Parcels service last week. They collected my letter in Galway at 13.30pm and the following day at 16.15pm the letter has been received in Spain. I was amazed by their service and I would highly recommend their service. Thank you Irish Parcel.”

“It's just a simple "no brainer" 1/ Irish parcels collect your parcel. 2/ They deliver it promptly and on time. 3/ It costs less than "An Post". This was my experience in sending a parcel from Kildare to Toronto, and I saved €30. Enough said.”

“Irish Parcels is a good company to order online. The selection is clear and address search works well. What I'd like to see in the future is the option of putting the item weight in a more precise way, for example 1.5kg, 1.3kg, etc. More precise pricing should go with that. Also, the 2nd thing that bothers me is the lack of insurance for motor parts and all prohibited items involved with that. Motor parts aren't cheap to buy and as long as there is no liquid with them, I don't see this being a prohibited item. Other companies don't have that issue. The 3rd thing is the price - could be slightly cheaper. Those 3 points have stopped me from giving a 5 star rating!”

“Cannot recommend this service enough. Very easy to get a quote and arrange a pickup. A good chunk cheaper than An Post services. Collected the next day, a Thursday, and I had opted for the Express service (only €4 extra). It arrived at its destination that Monday - at the very west coast of the US. Incredibly quick and efficient, especially considering that was over the weekend too. Great tracking too - every step listed.”

“Great service from Irish Parcels. It's like booking.com but for deliveries (hope the analgy makes sense). Used Irish Parcels to return a defective product back to Amazon UK. Customer service was great with any queries I had. The parcel was returned to Amazon without any issues and without any issues. Would recommend”
