Hi Robert Skelly, thank you for using Irish Parcels and for your feedback. I can see you sent a shipment from Ireland to Portugal, which was due for delivery between Mon 16th Sept and Tue 17th Sept. I can see the parcel was safely delivered on Tue 17th Sept. I understand your point on the FedEx tracking not updating the expected date until the close of business on Monday, I am sorry about this, it is a FedEx system that we do not control. We would advise if you do not see an "Out for Delivery" scan on the first day it will be delivered the next working day. I hope this information helps, thank you for using Irish Parcels. “Very fast to pick up anything I want to send. Just this time as My husband was giving my package to deliver he was given a parcel and delivery driver said it was for house 2 doors down, and would he mind dropping it to them. HOWEVER when I looked at the address, it was not a house 2 door down it was for someone at the complete other side of town..and I ended up trying to find the Address and I had to deliver the package. How he got mixed up I'm not sure as eircode was similar to mine but either way if I was dishonest I could have kept that package and not bother delivering it. I HOPE this is not a regular thing as where will my packages go if so.”
