“I am extremely satisfied with the service from Irish Parcels. I was very happy with the speed and efficiency when I sent one large parcel to The Netherlands some months ago. This time I sent 6 large boxes with DPD and all arrived within 4 working days. The cost was especially reasonable. Highly recommend.”

“My parcel was supposed to be picked up on Friday but no sign of driver. House was occupied all day, so if he turned up, he made very little effort to make it known. The fact that driver could not ring me to say he was there also makes no sense.”

Hi there, thank you for your review. We can see your collection failed on the 11th of October and was noted by the couriers driver as being attempted at 4:18PM. We are sorry this failed however it is never in any drivers best interest to fail a collection as it would result in them coming back another day. It is never guaranteed that drivers will call upon collection. We can see this collection was rebooked for the next available day and the item was still delivered within the original delivery estimate. We are sorry for any issues this caused but are happy to see this was still delivered safely and on time. If you need anything else, please let us know. “I don't recommend it. after topping up my account, they blocked my account. Fraud. After sending a well-measured package, surcharges apply because the package was larger. Far away from this company”

Hi there, thank you for your review. You placed an order on Irish Parcels which was measured by the courier as being larger that what you declared when you booked. This was raised with you on the 11th of September and our team detailed a clear method of being able to dispute this. You stated that this was an item you regularly shipped and had others in storage. We advised that this would be perfect for us to be able to clearly show if there were any errors on the couriers part. To date, nearly a month later, you have not submitted any evidence to show any mistakes on the couriers side. Due to this issue, Irish Parcels has been left with an outstanding balance that is owed and you have refused to assist with this. If you need anything else, please let us know. “I'm trying irish parcels after another company has let me down for the past two months, I booked on Monday, you collected on Tuesday morning in co wexford and my parcel was delivered the next Monday morning in Mannheim Germany ,Very happy with that and communication and tracking works well, Thanks.”
