Hi Katie, thank you for your review. We can see that your shipment going to Germany did not use the provided barcoded labels we sent to you for shipping. This meant that alternative labels were attached by the depot. It is crucial that your original shipping labels are always used to avoid any errors in shipping. The alternative tracking number shows your shipment was delivered yesterday in Germany at 11:51AM. This shipment was not lost and would appreciate if you could update your review.
