“Had 4 boxes shipped from Ireland to the US costing €600. The boxes arrived completely destroyed. Being told I should’ve used better boxes etc. as usual will not take any responsibility for all of the damage.”

Dear Noreen Quigley, thank you for using Irish Parcels and for your feedback. I can see all your items were collected and delivered on time to the USA. I am very sorry if there was any damage to your boxes. I understand the only damage was to your packaging and not to any of your contents. We would not recommend using this type of box to send 20kg+ items in. The courier needed to repack your items due to inadequate packaging, the boxes you used for storage, and light items, rather than international shipping. You need to use strong double-walled boxes for any future shipments. We are very disappointed with a 1-star review, as your items were all delivered on time, with the only issue being the packaging issue, all contents safely delivered. “Had to ship a large package from Ireland to New York. Quotes I received from all the usual shipping companies were very expensive and process was confusing. I took a chance and tried Irish Parcels. Easy-to-use website explained everything simply. Forms were easy to complete. Customer service was helpful and available for questions. My package was booked, picked up and delivered as promised! Love this company. Highly recommend.”

“The delivery is very efficient and the customer service is very patience and nice but my stuff broke on delivery, I gt a new container juz for the purpose of moving and it broke after one use which I think is something to be improved on, they should consider distributing the weight and stuff better so it won't crash the containers”

Dear Lee Ao Lik, thank you for using Irish Parcels. I can see you sent your items in a plastic storage container, these should not be used for shipping, these are home storage boxes and are too brittle and not strong enough to send with a courier. For shipping, you need to use cardboard boxes only. We are disappointed with the review as it was not ourselves that packed your item. I can arrange for a manager to call you about this if you wish.

“Yet again another great experience with Irish parcels. Easy to use online booking system. A couple of technical glitches experienced with the customs forms, but impressed by the quick turnaround on issues raised to customer service (thanks again Tanya!). Collected in Dublin Ireland June 15th, and delivered safely to Vancouver Canada June 18th. Satisfied customer 😊”
