“Of the recent parcels sent to the US, 2 have arrived damaged beyond repair! Unacceptable! This on top of missed collections is a very poor reflection! And - it's a growing trend with mist parcels sent through yourselves. Broken, lost and damaged is in the norm . Disappointed!!!”

I am very sorry if there was any damage to your item. Any form of damage is extremely rare. We have processes in place to deal with damage and I can see you are in touch with one of my colleagues who is handling this for you. Packaging your item appropriately is extremely important to ensure there is no issues with damage to your shipment. I understand you send delicate/brittle items and stronger packaging to stop the items flexing would help with this issue. “From my initial phonecall to the parcel arriving at its destination was an excellent service. I spoke with two lovely men who advised me what the procedure was and assisted me with completing the Customs Declaration. One point of note was the quick response to my initial call - no long waiting time in answering the phone. Thank you so much for your service. “Every year i have issues with parcel companies trying to get my daughters parcel to Australia on time. This was unbelievably hassle free it was picked up when they said it would be and there was absolutely no delays. I would highly recommend parcels.ie and will be using them from now on. 100% reliable.”

“I highly recommend Irish Parcels. I used them for the first time to send a 10kg parcel to my daughter in UK. she received it 4 days after the parcel was collected from me in Dublin. i have used other couriers in the past to send parcels to UK and always had problems so i was worried. “This service is fantastic. This was the 3rd time for me to use irish parcel, ive me never had such a good service from the day my package is collected from me, the whole way through it's transit until it reaches its destination. All tracked the whole way. And a photo at the end. I will definitely be using irish parcel again in the future. The staff on the phone are so understanding and friendly it just makes everything so easy. 100%”
