“Had a 2 parcels booked out for collection,1 was delivered no problem the other one got lost,it ended up being delivered to the same address as the first parcel,this was the fault of the driver who scanned the parcel wrong,Irish parcels did help to get the matter sorted”

“Fantastic service, parcels picked up from the door in Ireland and delivered to door in France well ahead of time and in perfect order. Customer service was top class - I made mistake on address on one parcel and got immediate response by email - and was weekend as well, so well done to all. Will definitely use again.”

“Irish Parcels work with DPD but DPD was 2 days late collecting and 3 days late delivering within Ireland and Irish parcels did nothing to help”

Dear John Adrian, thank you for using Irish Parcels. I can see your first collection failed and we rebooked another collection for you for the next day, your item was collected and delivered on time, within the timeframe advised when you booked. I noticed that there was a weekend in between your collection on Friday and your delivery date which is maybe why you think it was delivered late, but this is the normal delivery time. We are disappointed with your 1-star review as when you contacted us we rebooked the collection for you and delivered on time. You can see the delivery dates on your tracking page and when you book online. If there is anything we can help with just let us know and we would be happy to help.

“Communication between the info gathered by IP and the eventual courier could have been better. We sent personal effects, but were asked to provide all kinds of qualifying information by the courier to prove it before they allowed it to clear customs.”

Since Brexit when sending used personal effects the custom authority may need to contact you for more information or to verify what you are sending in order for it to clear customers with no or little duties. “I have used Irish Parcels many times before so was expecting their usual prompt service. However, it took 2 working days for the collection of the parcel after some phone communication, even though I had paid extra for a fast delivery. That being said the parcel did arrive at the original time I had requested it for. It wont put me off using Irish Parcels again, we can all have an off day. Usually they are 100% fantastic.”

“This is such a fantastic service. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Very streamlined & simple. You just print off your label & customs form (if going to the UK) & you’re ready to go. My parcel was picked up at the door in Wicklow on Monday at 3.30pm by a lovely gentleman & my cousin in Manchester received her wedding gift at 3om on Tuesday. You won’t get better service than that. Incidentally I had a small problem with downloading my label they emailed & they had it sorted in a very short time. Thank you”

“I'd been trying to get a package back from Ireland since April. Irish Parcels were the first company to really help, they completed the customs paperwork for me and ensured the courier had no issues when collecting the parcel. Special mention to Craig and the guys. First class service”
