I was very happy with the online booking and payment service this was all very easy to negotiate. My parcel was collected on schedule on Monday 20/03/2017 at approximately 12.30 and I was very happy. To my surprise the following day I was contacted again to make arrangements for collection and when I said my package had been collected the previous day as scheduled I was informed it had not been scanned and was assured of a call back to let me know what had happened. After several hours of waiting for call back and being unable to tract my package online I rang back and was told that my numbers were invalid/no working. I was again promised a call back to let me know where my package was. As this was a very high cost item I was very alarmed. I was able to provide TNT with my customer number etc and the name and contact number of the person who collected my package. I did not receive a call back to inform me my package had been found. My package was collected from me on Monday 20/03/2017 at 12.30pm approximately and I was unable to track it until 17.13pm on Tuesday 21/03/2017. My package was missing for a total of 29 hours. Having paid extra for 2 day delivery my package did not arrive for 3 days. My parcel arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Regards Marcella

We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with the tracking information - I cannot see that you were in contact with our customer support team about this, and so we apologise on behalf of our courier that you feel let down in regards to the support provided. We believe that this was simply a technical error with the real time tracking information, as we can now see via TNT's tracking that the item travelled safely through the courier network, and did not appear to be missing at any stage. We also apologise that your shipment arrived a day later than the expected date - although the vast majority of our collections and deliveries take place on the expected date, Irish Parcels is not a time-guaranteed service, only estimated. We recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. I can see that the shipment experienced a small delay prior to reaching its final destination. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

Customer service excellent and the driver was pleasant. My first parcel so it wasn't perhaps helpful that the driver couldn't check the paperwork I had downloaded to make sure it was all in order; it was! He also didn't realise that he had to sign at collection so my parcel was collected by someone I didn't know and I then had no record of him actually collecting it! There was also some discrepancy not of my doing so the parcel wasn't collected when it should have been and then we hit Paddy's weekend. However, I would use your service again as the support team were exemplary.

Very efficient and cost effective for despatch from Ireland but took over a week and several phone calls after arrival of parcel in Barbados before receiver notified and then it had to be collected from airport. I will use Irish Parcels again.

I got my golf Clubs shipped to Germany from Ireland. The Service is quick and the amount I paid was under half the Price I would have paid if I had brought them on the plane with me. The only downfall is that I cannot find a return Price for anywhere near the Price I got them shipped to me. The Clubs were delivered within 4 working days and were perfectly intact. I would recommend Irish Parcels if the Price is right!

Its good in the sense after collecting it went to India in one day, but still my family didnt get the parcel because officers are holding that parcel so they can ask some money(bribe) from my family. It supposed to be delivered in two days but too much corruption in India and they will never change their greedy behaviour. Secondly item collecting man didnt wait for a minute and in email u should also give full details of required documents. Anyway it was nice to choose your service hope it will be deliver soon and goodluck for future.

Cheap but don't offer next day collection with GLS - had to book 3 days in advance. Booked with parcel2 go (next day) with GLS and Irish parcels (booked saturday for Tuesday ) for two different packages - same driver came to collect both ! Both left hub in cork same day . Sake service but Irish Parcels don't charge insurance and dont accept paypal Parcel2go charge for insurance but do paypal !

If ye could narrow down the window for collection IE before noon or afternoon ,????I'd give it a five star rating Good value and the convienience of having the item collected ,rather than having to carry it to the PO Service is very reliable and the website is easy to use Would recommend to friends and family Thanks
