“Service was excellent but surprised that when the delivery label was forwarded there was no reference to Killarney with the nearest location being Headford. I had to change it. Surely Irish Parcels has heard of Killarney or is Headford your Kerry depot?”

“Amazing service! Cannot praise Irish Parcels enough. they were cheapest by far and what a service. Came to collect as planned and kept in contact with driver who was so helpful at all times. Will use again! My husband didn't hear them when they arrived so they rang `me and on my instructions picked up parcel for me.”

“The process was quick and easy, with a speedy response from customer service to my initial questions. Although the parcel wasn’t collected by the outsourced courier service on the day it was supposed to be, customer service again performed brilliantly in arranging collection for the next day - and the parcel was delivered within 24 hours! We would definitely use this service again.”
