“Would definitely use again. Sent a large family portrait/photograph from UK to Dublin. Process was straightforward and timely. Pick up from my home was easy. Direct phone call to Irish parcels regarding customs declaration problem was answered rapidly and the problem was easy rectified by Irish Parcels. Only minor point was that an email confriming delivery would have been helpful.”

“All good, only sight issue is when ordering one dpd collection shortly before 10pm, then shortly after 10pm, it promises next day collection for one of the packages. Both are collected 2 days later. I don't mind packages getting collected 2-3 days later, but I do mind waiting for the courier the whole day. Otherwise great service, sometimes they seem to allow packages slightly bigger than DPDs site and their pricing is basically on par with DPD's.”

“Very fast to pick up anything I want to send. Just this time as My husband was giving my package to deliver he was given a parcel and delivery driver said it was for house 2 doors down, and would he mind dropping it to them. HOWEVER when I looked at the address, it was not a house 2 door down it was for someone at the complete other side of town..and I ended up trying to find the Address and I had to deliver the package. How he got mixed up I'm not sure as eircode was similar to mine but either way if I was dishonest I could have kept that package and not bother delivering it. I HOPE this is not a regular thing as where will my packages go if so.”

“Easy to order and print labels. Truck arrived for pickup as scheduled in remote rural West Cork. However, delivery to Dublin was delayed longer than predicted. Cost was fair.”

“Satisfied with your service. My suggestion to add a column/ space in your customs documentation for business customers to enter details like '' Goods are of preferential EU origin'' so that customs duty would not be charged in such cases.”
