"I wish I had read all these reviews before I bought my rug for \u00a3219. Within months my vibrant coloured rug faded so badly, it now looks dull and lifeless and only fit for the bin. Company doesn\u2019t want to know, they state \u2018colourfast\u2019 so they are in the wrong. Also I thought they were based in the UK, another lie. \r\nDon\u2019t buy from this company, you\u2019d be better off buying cheap from Homebase or B & Q"

"The products are of very poor quality, don't match the pictures shown on their website and don't worth the price at all. Especially, one of the rugs has defects(see the attached photos, piles are very loose and some piles are missing). It's very light, looks and feels like a blanket, is very wrinkled, it's not usable at all. \r\nTheir website is really misleading. The products I received are far away from the pictures. The pictures look good, but the products totally different. Also, the website implies it's a local store but it's not. The free delivery on the website implies we don't need to worry about delivery costs. But turned out if we return we need to pay a lot of money for the return."

"I had no issues whatsoever with the company or the rug. It came in 5 days, tracked all the way. Looks exactly like the pictures online. Ridiculously reasonable price too! People complained about creasing etc, saying it hadn't flattened after 3weeks. I put mine down with a couple of heavy books on each corner and steamed it - looked perfect after 24 hours."
