I recently booked a trip to Barbados for my family through Isle Blue. I found everyone to be extremely helpful and timely when responing to my questions. The concierge assigned to me redifined the word helpful as he went out of his way to make sure all would be in order when we arrived. I do not hesitate to recommend Isle Blue and will gladly use their services again.

This was our third vacation with Isle Blue, and, just like the previous ones, it was exceptional. Eddie, a dedicated Isle Blue team member, was incredibly helpful from the moment we made our initial reservation. He answered all our questions and provided clarity on various payment options, giving us peace of mind. Our pre-travel concierge, Areti, went above and beyond in managing our group of 14. She coordinated transportation, organized food preparation at the villa, arranged activities, and even joined our WhatsApp group to address any additional questions. Her attention to detail made our planning seamless. Once we arrived, our local concierge Andry was a true gem. She organized activities, handled shopping, and was always available to assist throughout our stay. Her support made our vacation smooth and stress-free. Isle Blue continues to impress with their outstanding service, and we look forward to using their services again in the future.

Isle Blue truly does a great job from the begining to the end. Booking is easy, flow of info along the way is excellent and while on property the staff are so attentive. I highly recomend Isle Blu and have now used them many times.

Isle Blue was very easy to work with prompt and informative communication. We felt very confident that all the details of both the trip and property we were renting would be taken care of and they were. The property we stayed in was heads and shoulders above a traditional AirBnb or VRBO. Exquisite artwork and furnishings on top of location and accommodations!

We had an amazing time! This was by far one of my best traveling experiences. I have never booked through an agency, but Eddie & Mary made this an easy and seamless process. They were very responsive and did their best to answer all of my questions and concerns. Everything was top tier and exceeded my expectations. The food, drinks and staff at the villa were amazing! Our driver was great! He was always on time and stayed with us wherever we went! They will always have my business when I am visiting MoBay. If you are in doubt, I 1000% recommend booking!

My husband plus two friends stayed at the On the Rocks villa in July 2024, which was booked through Isle Blue. The booking process was fairly straight forward. The provided advanced information about different excursions, private chef, etc. However, the prices were exhorbitant. The property manager told us upon arrival to the villa that the rate did not include electricity. We were totally surprised about this and felt very blind sided by this policy. In addition, we eventually learned that there was a water leak which maintenance was working to resolve. When we are responsible for electricity, then we became extremely concerned about utilities and the water leak. There were a lot of back and forth with the property management, but they did not resolve this issue until after our departure. This was a Huge point of frustration as we paid A Lot of money for our stay at the house. I would recommend the property but make sure you understand the policy for electricity.

Our experience with Isle Blue has been utterly seamless since our first contact to sourcing an appropriate property for our family right through to concierge support while there. There was good communication over all. Sometimes it took a little extra time to get answers to questions. There was an advertisement that a car rental was included but we did not get the car until the second day

During my stay at the Encore Villa in St. Martin from June 29 to July 6, 2024, I noticed several issues that should be addressed for the villa to be a top-notch rental property. Firstly, the air conditioning in the main house, where the kitchen and living rooms are located, wasn’t working. Additionally, the lights under the cabinet in the main kitchen were not functioning, making it difficult to see at night, especially when we had a chef cook for us. The kitchen can opener was rusted and needs to be replaced. One of the six fans in the lanai area was also not working. The weight room had old rusted weights. The mirrors in the weight room need to be replaced. Moreover, the outside shower had grass growing through the tile, and the water pressure was consistently very low, with a 60-minute water outage. Although the maintenance man, Clayton, promptly restored the water with improved pressure, the internet quality in the home was poor, and we were not informed that the internet was spotty and of poor quality making television unavailable. We also encountered issues with the coffee maker, which was eventually replaced after reporting it to the maid on day 3. Furthermore, there was inconsistency with the maid's arrival time, and there was a disagreement regarding the changing of a guest’s sheets on their bed. In addition, I experienced challenges with the maid when she offered to wash my clothes, as they were not washed properly and were returned wrinkled, with denim marks from my blue jeans on my white shorts although I separated the loads of clothing. My friend’s clothes were thrown on the counter, wrinkled as well, for all to see. I also observed that the maid declined to wash another guest’s clothes, citing a holiday 4th of July although it’s not observed in St. Martin and she’s Jamaican. There was a lack of liquid hand soap in the bathrooms. Furthermore, there were discrepancies with the transportation arrangements, as we encountered unexpected additional charges and felt that we were overcharged. Although the landscaper and maintenance man provided excellent service, I believe that reprimands or termination of the maid (Merline), concierge (Giovanni), and drivers (Eugene and his father) should be considered due to the unsatisfactory treatment we received. Overall, while the villa had certain issues, I appreciated the prompt attention and action by the maintenance man and the landscaper. Upon taking 7 of the 9 guests back to the airport Eugene confronted my family about not driving us to dinner the night before for $270. Additionally, when he dropped us at the airport he purposely dropped them far away from the departure area. This was unacceptable behavior! For the cost of almost $10K, for the week, the Encore Villa needs to be better maintained, and the service of the employees should be improved! The employees shouldn't be greedy! I believe these were Sotheby's employees.

Really appreciate the convenience of being picked up at the airport and taken directly to the villa, along with the ease of adding a rental car to the reservation and having it delivered to the property.
