OMG absolutely fantastic, paradise! The renovations done on Bluff House are amazing and the staff,well the staff were amazing! Kimberley the butler tended your every need all the time ,the chef Kelly, an outstanding cook and the three housemaids,Caroline Deborah and Catherine made the holiday quite wonderful. we also had the security guard Orlando every night. Then of course there’s the sea and beach just a short walk through the beautiful garden. Your own private walkway and area on the beach, it was all idyllic. We reserved our stay at Arc En Ciel on St. Lucia through Isle Blue. What a wonderful experience. The description and photos of the property were accurate. The process was seedless. I received timely updates and reminders. Lisa and Mary of Isle Blue were extremely helpful. From booking until check out, our expectations were greatly exceeded. I will book future trips via Isle Blue.

Great location and villa. However there are some basic things that, for the price, were unacceptable. The two umbrellas for the day beds were defective, the toilet seats needed tightening, the internet was spotty and unreliable, the dishes/ crock ware were for only 4 people.

Villas Cassis was an exceptional experience. The villa is a luxury property with an incredible value. The villa itself is much nicer than the photos. The villa is private and gated. The interiors are very family friendly with interior and exterior bedroom access. The kitchen was very well equipped. The villa has a large laundry room as well. This is an ideal option for families with children. The outdoor area was beautiful. The pool was on the smaller side but certainly acceptable. The canal was an incredible experience. The kids would paddle board and kayak every day. The canal is a beautiful blue. We saw plenty of fish and even hawksbill turtles swim by. The villa is located in the Leeward area which is a highly convenient location. Sunset beach (section of Grace Bay) was a short 3 minute drive away. It has plenty of parking and ideal beach conditions. We chartered a boat for a 1/2 day via Isle Blue. It was amazing and one of the best experiences we ever had. It's a must in our opinion. The island is beautiful with so many scenic beaches. The restaurants are okay...nothing great. In summary, we highly recommend villa Cassis for the luxury value and experience it presents. You will not regret it.

Loved the A+ service provided by the concierge the entire trip. Normally I plan most of our family vacations by myself, but am spoiled now by the service provided by Isle Blue. A few days prior to our scheduled departure, the villa we had booked had AC issues, but Isle Blue proposed an upgraded villa that exceeded our expectations. Thanks Isle Blue!

Isle of Blue was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay in Turks & Caicos. It would have been nice to have a printed guidebook at the Villa with more local recommendations. With so many emails and apps to travel these days, having printed instructions for things like sound systems and printed recommendations for local restaurants, suggested local activities, grocery and taxi services would have been helpful. Also having a property manager or house keeper check in at the Villa occasionally and to clean up around pool/wash towels during our stay would have been nice. We’ve had this at other island villas without extra charge.

Be Beach 3 Villa was gorgeous - beautiful design, quality linens and bath products, great location, amazing amenities (paddleboards/kayaks/snorkel gear/gym equipment) and smart layout. We were 2 families each with three kids - the kids squished in the 2 bedroom cottage (cots provided) - and the adults enjoyed the rooms in the main house. We loved and barely left the huge covered space with fireplace and big sofa, the great outdoor dining and games table and the stunning bed loungers and outdoor shower. Best of all was our in-house butler - Sonam - who prepared a delicious breakfast and took care of every need and beyond. I never would have thought we needed an extra set of hands but he truly made our stay decadent and care-free. We would definitely come back!

We tried to book a villa on a Saturday. No response until Monday. I called about mosquitoes that can be an issue on the island. I have a health concern and a sanctimonious woman there said maybe you should go to the mountains. I asked about mosquitoes at the particular villa area telling her I read there are some areas worse than others. She said don’t go to those areas and had no knowledge around the Villa. Next I went to book my airfare which they suggest you do not do until they confirm and found out it was sold out. Within an hour of finding out that they finally confirmed my villa, I asked them to cancel it. It took them three days to cancel my villa and they charged me 2.5% of my entire stay plus another $90 . Had this vacation worked out it might’ve been nice, but the reservation department was the reason we could not go and they charged us anyway. Avoid them, avoid them as much as you can because if something goes wrong for you and it’s their fault they will keep their money and wash their hands of you. There is no option for how fast they reply that includes over two days so I will head over a week because it was not 12 hours ever. They seem to have no control over their inventory but they will make you sign terms that make it your fault if somethings not available. If you’re a last-minute trip go elsewhere. They keep your money what is zero communication and zero Responsibility, and certainly lack empathy for their hyping guest. Two. 5% make sure they get paid whether you go or not. Even when it’s their fault you don’t go. No one can flap their arms to get to the Villa and I find their policies both suspect and unfair.

We will be delighted to reply to these comments. The claims made by the individual are highly misrepresentative and confounding. After confirming the reservation with the property (some property managers are off on Sundays), the reviewer then presented a mandate that she can only eat outdoors due to a "medical condition" (despite living in Chicago) and was concerned about mosquitos. We then promptly and rapidly advised that mosquitos are not a particular concern with this villa since the property has a beachfront location and it would be safe to proceed. Reviewer then demanded a cancellation. We notified her that we would be happy to waive the $250 cancellation fee that is standard with confirmed bookings but we would not be able to refund the 2.5% booking fee on the credit card payment since these are 3rd party banking costs and it was clearly noted upon booking. The banks do not refund transaction costs after payment has been confirmed. Cancellation was processed within 24 hours of her notice. We will withhold comment on the disappointing tone and frequency of communications from the client. We wish her the very best in her future travel plans.
