Thank you for your feedback. We recommend removing the insoles so the crease protectors have a snugger and tighter fit into the shoes, preventing even the smallest of creases.

“In the instructions it says to pull out the inner sole of the shoe, do you really have to pull it out to wear the shields. I’ve tried them without lifting the sole out and it’s not the most comfortable.”
