“Not impressed ,didn’t realise you had to remove insole of shoe to use them.”

Hi Soraya, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend removing the insoles so the crease protectors have a snugger and tighter fit into the shoes, preventing even the smallest of creases. Kind regards, Sneaker Shield Team

“Ordered my item on the 16th of July - still waiting. Despite numerous emails I can be offered nothing further other than it’s dispatched!!! Asked about the refund process - needless to say i am still awaiting a response!!!!!!!! Terrible, terrible, service. Will honestly NEVER purchase from you again!!!”
