Please ensure you follow our instructions by taking out the sole of your trainers before putting the crease protectors in. This allows for a snug fit for the crease protectors, ensuring they take the shape of the toe box, preventing creases. “In the instructions it says to pull out the inner sole of the shoe, do you really have to pull it out to wear the shields. I’ve tried them without lifting the sole out and it’s not the most comfortable.”
