“Exactly as describe. I’m glad I found istrap as it’s the first place to offer a case protector that still leaves my Apple Watch touch screen extremely responsive still as well as being really well protected. I paid Express postage and it was here within 2 days which was fantastic.”

“I purchased a rose Milanese band and the istrap suggested face protector. The band is great but the rose face protector doesn’t match at all. It is more gold than rose and very shiny, not like the brushed satin finish of the band. Not a good choice to purchase together and it doesn’t look right.”

“I placed the order with express shipping next day delivery, costed more in postage but still I haven’t received the item. I contacted their customer service and replied to me 5:1 ratio, have to send minimum 5 requests to get 1 reply which is not even relevant. Tracking says they posted yesterday hopefully will get it next week.”

“The Strap snapped in half within 3 months of first wearing. i contacted them to advise and they referred me to their “30 day guarantee “ which isn’t compliant with ACCC standards. Buy original from Apple , you pay bit more but all bands come with 2 years warranty”
