When I placed my order online 2 weeks ago I received an email confirmation but have had no communication since. No magazine has arrived (it is a weekly publication) and I have been unable to get any information from the company to find out why this is. I am in the point of cancelling my subscription and would not recommend this company.

Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please be advised at iSUBSCRiBE we are a third party subscription company who work alongside the publishers, who dispatch your magazines. As we sell so many titles we can only offer the guidelines of when your magazine will be delivered. In this case, your delivery estimation would have been within 2-4 weeks, as it is a weekly publication. I have however today contacted the publishers for you and have emailed you your start date. Did not appreciate when purchasing gift voucher it could only be used for 12 month subscription. This meant the gift card could not be used for wanted item by the recipient of gift as yearly subscription more than value of gift voucher. Not user friendly.

Please be advised on the purchase of our gift vouchers we do state in our terms and conditions the gift voucher excludes offers on direct debit orders. To help the recipient choose a magazine best suited to them we do offer a gift finder option on our site. I have been asked to review my isubscribe experience however all I can say is it was straightforward to place an order......BUT I will not know how sucessful the process was until I receive my first magazine and that won't be for a few weeks. Perhaps I should have been asked for a review in a few weeks time!

The National Club Golfer magazine is a good quality golfing publication that I have been following for some time. I really liked the free gift attached to my subscription, 12 Mizuno golf balls will come in very handy. Thanks again.

Firstly, it's very difficult living in New Zealand and working out how to to get a subscription to "Model Boats", a UK publication. Having succeeded with this, my problem this year has been how to change my subscription, so I only receive the publication and not the digital coverage that I used to receive. I think I have now succeeded in achieving this and the subscription will start after the old one expires. The customer service I have received has been great, but I have found it difficult to change an existing publication. Cheers, Merilyn McLaughlin

Having subscribed for the last two years without any problems, when I came to renew this year I had problems with the delivery address. I have my Slimming World magazine delivered to Spain. This year it would not allow me to renew on line. However, when I rang I was dealt with easily and quickly. Very pleasant staff.

I had to contact the ISubscribe helpdesk by phone because I made an error with the online renewal. This was quickly resolved, so now I can enjoy another year of reading the Flypast magazine over here in the Netherlands.

I tried to do the iCard option three times, but was unsuccessful - no acknowledgement that the submission was successful. The subscription was a birthday gift and I ended up checking with the recipient to see if they had received an email. Unfortunately, they hadn't and I had to strip out my order acknowledgement and forward it on to her. Not a good experience at all.

We are happy to help with these as we understand it important for a iCard to be sent to inform them of their gift, especially for a Birthday. I am sorry it is now passed her birthday and to late to get one set up to send. In future if you have problems creating an iCard please contact us and we will help.

Ordered the magazine on the 1st March & payment was taken from my bank for the annual cost of the 12 monthly magazines , well we are now in the end of June & still waiting to see the 1st magazine. Have made several phones calls & emails only to be told 2 different dates of when I will be receiving the 1st magazine and also told 2 different things as to why I had not received my magazines already. Hopefully in July I may receive the August edition !
