“I like the mag but had to apply twice as I registered by telephone before the special offer of cleaning products finished on the 10 th of February the lines where busy and someone was going to send me an e mail after the tenth so I did not miss out on the offer. Nobody did so I applied direct and got the mag at the second attempt but alas no cleaning products!!!!”

“I purchased a magazine subscription for my friend's birthday. During the order process I was asked to indicate a date when my friend would be sent an email from I-Subscribe - however, she never received an email on that date (17/2/2014) and in fact did not receive an email until 24/2/2014.”
