“I was unable to complete my renewal order on line. Then I was quoted a different price to what my renewal form stated. Finally I question the amount I was eventually charged ( being different again from that advertised.) To date after submitting my request TWICE I am still awaiting a reply.”

“IN HAD NEVER USED THIS SITE BEFORE AND FOUND IT PRETTY EASY AND THE SUBSCRIPTION I WANTED WAS A VERY GOOD PRICE. HAD A COUPLE OF QUERIES AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.”

“Our experience of placing an order was straight forward but we did not get an acknowledgement until we chased chased them up. We asked for a gift card but only got an email which we were asked to print out - this wasn't the best service, but it is abuse time of year.”

“I only ordered this magazine last week and already I am being asked to write a review. How daft can you get? A review request at this time simply irritates and can only be counterproductive as far as iSubscribe is concerned. Perhaps to request a review after the first issue of the magazine has been received would be in order.”

“For some reason (probably my fault) I couldn't sort out a subscription online so I rang up for help. The lady who answered set it all up for me. She was very helpful, telling me how I could get the "gift card" print out.”
