“I think it is a little early for you to be asking me to review my experience, the only part I can comment on is the actual ordering of the subscription which was fine, but I must reserve judgement until I actually receive the magazine of my Choice, and until I can see that the payment has been correctly taken.”

“As it was my daughter who ordered on my behalf i cannot recall which magazines come via your organisation or somewhere else. The first edition of at least 2 magazines. I have only one complaint and that is that it seemed quite long time between the order and receiving the first edition. M. W.”

“I did receive several invitations/warnings from ISubscribe to renew my subscription on Flypast. Just in the last few days before subscription was ending I decided that I should not wait any longer. Also the renewal process is very easy.”

“In my confirmation it states that the first issue could arrive between 6-10 weeks. That is too long and I would not have subscribed had I known. Apart from the confirmation, I have not received any other information about when I will definitely receive the first issue which is surprising! Can you give me any further information?”

“Dissapointed that I had received a voucher for fathers day but was unable to use it for a 6 month subscription as this only applies to direct debit despite the fact that you had already received payment.”

“A pointless exercise. As if slow delivery of the vouchers wasn't bad enough, they were sent to the billing address and not the delivery address specified, meaning additional postage costs incurred. Disappointing from start to finish. Impossible to recommend.”

“I had a problem while ordering online and had to start again. Apparently both orders went through. The online contact form didn't work properly so I emailed customer services. The matter was then dealt with very efficiently.”
