“In my experience, purchasing the subscription through iSubscribe offered no advantage over going direct - I thought I would get cashback via Quidco but iSubscribe declined with no reason given. Purchasing through iSubscribe also resulted in a very poor experience overall. I purchased an online subscription and had to chase the magazine to check the order had been received as there was no welcome / communication or notification from them, suggesting a process or communication failure between them and iSubscribe. When I made contact I found my subscription had started several days earlier - not good.”

“I thought that I bourght a subscribtion of Jamie Oliver on iPad. But instead I had bourght the real magazine, and when I tried to undo the subscribtion they just said that they didn't have anything to do with that. So now I have 2 subscribsions in paper and one one the iPad, and no one who thinks its there buissnes to help me with!!!!”

“Receiving on a regular basis Smallholder Magazine but when it gets half way through year they start saying your subscription will be due and it can be confusing as it is many months before it is truly due.”
