Very easy website to manoeuvre round, after which the company acted promptly and swiftly to deliver the magazine which was ordered.

Terrible and inefficient customer service. If you have any questions or issues with your order you are redirected to the magazine publisher - in my case conde nast. I am still awaiting for a response almost a month after my order - really poor.

The site was easy to navigate. My purpose was to re-subscribe and this, aided by the way things are set up, was easily achieved. The pleasing things were that there was no hassle and no confusion.

Straightforward ordering process, good pricing. My only niggle is that I bought the subscription as a gift and the beneficiary did not receive the email she was me meant to get telling her about the gift.

Made an order on 30/11/15. Heard nothing. Received nothing. Called to enquire today (5/1/16) and told that it can take 12 weeks before receiving first subscription. Seems like a long time. There was no mention of long delay when ordering.

Everything was completed in a very quick and simple to understand fashion. I was able to locate the magazine I wanted and at the best price.

Really disappointing service. Had bought a subscription as a Christmas gift and created an ecard to send to let the recipient know of the gift. The ecard never arrived, and the recipient is yet to hear anything from isubscribe. Would not recommend, especially bearing in mind that you can get the magazine subscription from a number of other outlets online.

I was delighted to receive a years subscription to Rolling Stone magazine as have always found it difficult to get off the shelf at any UK newsagent. Just a couple of points though. 1 I received the subscription as a Christmas gift, and on Christmas Day my wife told me to look in my e mails, where she was told there would be an i card in my mail. However there was no I card and then my wife had to explain that she had paid for a years subscription to Rolling Stone for me, so the surprise was lost. 2 The price we have to pay in the UK compared to the USA is far too much. So while delighted to be receiving a years subscription as a gift, there is no way I will continue year on year as it's simply too high a price. If it was nearer the USA price there is no doubt I would continue to purchase Rolloing Stone year on year.

Quick and easy to use website. Ordered my subscription without any problems. However, I don't like the fact that you are offered 2 options, 1 for a year and 1 for 6 months but that on reading the small print you have to pay for a year minimum anyway. This is very misleading.

Good so far, tho only just subscribed. Easy & clear navigation thru options. Would have preferred greater choice for PayPal payments as DD narrowed my choice considerably.

The gift cards weren't sent on my behalf and when I phoned, they were closed down until after the new year. As this is peak present time, t seemed wrong that there was no-one there to answer the phone. Very upset that no-one knew I had sent presents and that I can't do anything about it until next week.

The subscription offerings and discounts are great. However the ordering process for online - email delivered - gift vouchers is not very clear at all and it took many attempts to put my order through with details for multiple vouchers. They did eventually go through but I had no idea if the emails had been sent out with the vouchers. I would still use again, but I think this aspect could be improved.
