“I would have liked to have been able to send a hard copy of a gift card as my purchase was for someone who does not have internet access. This was disappointing and I was advised to print off the receipt and put it with a birthday card, which I am not comfortable with. When I have purchased gift experiences and a magazine from another provider, I have always been able to send a proper card with my message in it. Perhaps you would consider this as an option.”

“I would have preferred to be abe to buy a longer subscription of 2 or 3 years and be able to specify a start date as my previous subscription had a couple of weeks to run.”

“Never have had a problem with setting up subscriptions to magazines for my children and grandchildren. It is ideal for my daughter who is an army wife posted all over the place and appreciates these links with UK.”

“I received no answer to an email asking if I could have a magazine delivered electronically despite sending a reminder. In addition it is not clear and simple to process a received gift voucher. All in all a poor service”

“Pros: - I chose this company because they accept PayPal. Subscribing was a matter of only a few minutes. - No communication problems. Cons: - We haven't received anything from them yet and they are asking me to write a review. Strange.. - The subscription was a Christmas gift for my mom so I opted for a Christmas gift e-card to be sent to her e-mail address on 24th of December. She hasn't received it yet (it's Jan. 18 now). - I received a very nice gift from them :-). A £60 off a purchase of wines priced more than £95. I don't really want to spend £35 for something that I do not need. Moreover, I don't drink.. - A month after buying the subscription I received an e-mail from the magazine (not iSubscribe) reading that the first issue my mom receives will be a March issue!!! .. Note it's a monthly magazine.”

“I Love the Mag..My Daughter gave me a subscription for Xmas last year & now I have renewed again for this year..I lived in England from 1959 to 1966 & Loved the Country..I started following F1 in 1959 on the "Transistor Radio" !!!..Your service has been very good & I look forward to another year of the Races & the Mag...At the end of this year please send me a renewal notice... “Living in Australia and having a passion for the United Kingdom, I have loved keeping up with "house and garden" interests I have. It is wonderful to receive them the month they are produced, rather than wait the 2 to 3 months it takes to arrive in the stores here. It makes me feel the other side of the world is closer. Another perspective on life is always interesting.”

“I think it is a fantastic service. I live in the Republic of Ireland and I ordered two magazines for my sister, who lives in the UK, as a gift. It was easy to do and there is a great selection of magazines to choose from. Great gift idea for someone who is difficult to buy for.”

“I asked for an aknowledgement/thankyou card to be sent to the person who gave me the subscription. I was both surprised and very disappointed when this was sent to me not the person paying.”

“The process of purchase and price were good, but the site should have let me know when i should expect to receive my first copy. I know some magazines are monthly and weekly but i have subscribed to a couple of weekly mags and the timing of my first issue is completely random. i-subscribe could improve this by sending an email stating the date when i should expect to receive my first copy.”

“Overall everything good, only the comunication with the magazine publishers could be better, because sometimes they send me two issues instead of one. Apperantly publisher did not know it was a renewal.”
