“I am a longtime subscriber to the magazine but not with isubscribe so some aspects of the process were unclear and I had to email afterwards to check that what I had signed up for would follow on rather than being a new subscription.”

“It took me 2 days to place a subscriptin for "Popular Science", because every time I got to the penultimate page, and tried to confirm my order and make payment using Paypal, nothing happened. In the end, I did it by phone and debit card, which I was not happy about, as I have recently been swindled by this means. I was disappointed to see that the magazine was still so expensive. The BBC's "Focus" comes at a hefty discount if you order it direct. My first copy is not yet due.”

“Easy to find what I was looking for and process of ordering was quick and simple. Can't comment on delivery yet as only just ordered. Hoping it arrives as agreed unlike a previous subscription site I have used and who did not deliver. One upset mother in law”

“Ordered a magazine and I'm still waiting. Contacted the publisher and they had no record of the order. Then I contacted isubscribe and they could see the order but had no answer as to why it had not gone through. Not happy!”

“I was offered a subscription price for six months but was required to set up a Direct Debit, and informed that they would take the six months subscription every six months and this was one of the terms I had to accept. This is very American and is bad manners. I only want the magazine for the six months of the growing season and will cancel my DD after the six months is over.”

“I had a voucher worth £25 and obviously wanted to spend the entire amount but found that the amount of £5.05p left over will not be used as I am unable to spend it without having to add a considerable amount of my own money. I would have liked to have a subscription to The Lady, using up the odd amount. iSubscribe must make quite a bit from these leftovers.”

“I was given a Voucher . I selected a publication . I wanted to take out a 6 month subscription which would have meant I had to add £5 myself, but I was only able to use my voucher if did a Direct Debit.”
