Your customer service person could not ring your supplier to ensure 15 issues I ordered commenced with Sept 2016 issue. This disappointed me, as my friend has a 90th birthday then, and the subscription is a gift, so I particularly wanted to commence with Sept 2016 issue. I did not understand why the publisher could not be contacted in this regard. I wish I could extend this by just one issue so that it began with Sept 2016 and ended with December 2017's issue.

Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Firstly, I would just like to apologise the person you spoke with on the telephone was unable to help with your query. At iSUBSCRiBE we are a third party company who take orders on behalf of the publishers. As we sell so many titles and do not publish the magazines it is hard to determine which magazine you will receive, which is why we always recommend to our subscribers the next available issue. A quick response to my order. Sad that my iCard was never received by the recipient of my subscription, though.

Dear Sue, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have located your subscription and can see an icard was created on the date you placed the order with your included message, to be sent to the recipient. I can only apologise on our behalf this was not received. I'm hoping it’s not too late but we have of course re-sent this to the recipient. I placed an order for the same magazine back in March of this year, you took my money but I didn't get my subscription to Austrailian Country Craft and Decorating. I hope I get my magazine this time.

Really like the variety of magazines to choose from and think the price is good too. The website could be easy lied to use as it can get quite confusing. Think My Account should be at the top for people to see easily. Would be great if an estimated time of when the first delivery would be available.

Managed to get the subscriptions I needed renewed without too much difficulty. Very pleased.

Happy with the ordering process and setting up of direct debit etc HOWEVER there is now an on-going issue still not resolved with Bauer as you advertised and confirmed with me that I would receive 25 issues of match magazine for £21.75 but Bauer are saying I will receive 14 issues for £21.75

It is to early to write a review. Last week I subscribed a magazine, the website worked very well, but I don’t have any experience about the delivery, packaging and more. Please come back later once again.

It appears that I clicked on the wrong delivery button but I only recall a choice of two. It may be that I didn't pay enough attention to delivery places so this is not a complaint. I received a helpful email explaining I had overpaid and it was easily and sensibly resolved. As a new customer I appreciated the swift response to my subscription.

Hi Sheila, Thank you for taking time to review us. We do provide delivery guideline on our site and on the confirmation email. The order was recently placed with us, I have contacted the publishers to enquire when the first issues will arrive to you. Please refer to the email I have sent you for this information.

I subscribe to The Radio Times on a bi-annual basis. A fair amount of care is needed in selecting the appropriate online package as there are so many to choose from. A reminder about the expiry of a package to ones registered e-mail account would be really good. Dispense with the paper reminder.

Ordered Devon Life on 27th May for a friend's birthday in June, it is now middle of July and we are still waiting for the magazine to be delivered. I have e-mailed your offices and was assured the magazine would be delivered in 7-10 working days, we are still waiting! Not very happy.
