I was given a gift voucher as a present. I tried numerous times to use it online but the system did not work and would not accept my post code. Kept asking for a proper post code. In total frustration, I had to phone and arrange my subscription over the phone, a process that took a long time and cost me financially as well. Overall, very frustrating and blood pressure raising.

I do not understand why you charge so much more for a one-off whole year's payment than you do for a monthly direct debit. This makes no sense to me as you have all the money straight away and yet charge a hefty premium for receiving it. I do not wish to engage in direct debits, preferring to pay for things in full at the time of purchase. I will certainly be giving you a wide berth in future if you continue this highly unjust practise.

As we are a third party company the prices and terms are set by the publishers, they do tend to offer more discount on direct debit subscription. We do our best to agree on the most competitive prices and terms. We will take your comments on-board going forward.

Easy to buy on line ,great selection on offer , Bought for father s day fab present . Looking forward to giving Golf Magazine to my Hubby .Had to phone the team as i put in wrong house Number ,they sorted it for me no problem .Thanks

The magazine is great and was a well received gift. However be aware that on renewal , isubscribe also write to the recipient of the gift asking them if they would like to renew. Not a great move if you are renewing on their behalf and both end up subscribing!

Always great offers on and plenty of magazines to choose from. Used for a few years now and service always of top quality, never had any problems with my orders. Only one i now use for mag subscriptions.

As we do not dispatch any magazines and offer a wide range of titles, we will only recommend the industry guidelines for your delivery. Ordering was easy but when I went to print out the happy birthday email it didn't print correctly. The picture of the magazine came out with red ribbons?

I think you could do with more options with the history magazines and the colouring books, but other than that, I think that it's a very good website. I shall recommend you to my friends and family.

I bought a subscription as a gift - the e-mail to the person was not delivered - which is the second time that I have had this problem. Other than that, no issue with the transaction.

The process of ordering was easy enough but I am still waiting for the magazine to be delivered, it is still within the time frame of 4 weeks so this is not unexpected. However as this was a gift to my Granddaughter and I sent her a birthday greetings card from the site with the message etc. to be delivered today, 4 June. It has not arrived, this is disappointing and has annoyed me so you are lucky I haven't rated the whole process as poor. as poor. The acknowledgement of the order was prompt and so is the Review so why wasn't the card sent?

Sometimes these may be filtered through to people’s junk mail. Can I ask if this was received here? I can only apologise if this was not and I will of course have this re-sent.
