“NOT IMPRESSED! My order was confirmed on the 18th March, 2013 and I have yet to receive a magazine, have chased by email but will have to phone soon to sort it out!”

“My order wasn't fully processed. Money was taken but details were not forwarded to Mail Newspapers. I finally had to phone to find out what had happened to my vouchers.”

“It was easy to choose the magazine I wanted and to suscribe to it. The magazine arrives every month around the same date and I have had no problems. The only thing I would like would be to have a reminder of when the money is taken from my account but maybe that's not practical.”

“The website only contains information about the length of the magazine subscription e.g. 6 months, 12 months. It does not provide information on how many issues you receive for that subscription. It was only after I had placed my order that I found out that a 12 month subscription for my selected magazine is only 4 issues. At a cost of over £13 per issue I would have selected a different magazine if I had known this.”

“I purchased an annual subscription for Empire magazine for my son for his birthday. I was sent an email card to give him on the day, and the first magazine came promptly and has done ever since. I am very pleased with the price and service. I have been purchasing Empire for him for many years, from various suppliers, and find iSUBSCRIBE to be the best!”

“Prompt service and email reply, had no hassles and magazine delivered as a gift within the spec'd time frame. Imporrtant to me as I don't reside in the UK any more but family does so ease of buying gifts on the net and being assured of delivery is a big plus.”

“The system appears to work ok but is to be expected ascot is not exactly rocket science. However what I do find irritating is to be expected to renew the annual subscription several months in advance of the actual renewal date.”
