“Well first of all I did the order through my work rewards ,,but so far ha e not been allocated the wow points so have had to put a claim in ,secondly you gave a five pound of voucher to use on my next order Which I want to use but the code is invalid ,so I ask will I ever seen my magazine”

“Well actually buying a 6 month lot of magazines for my husband seemed easy. Hopefully the delivery of them will be good too. These are for a Christmas present for my hubby so hope he receives the message too as requested.”

Hi there, Thank you for your message. Please be advised for all weekly publications we do recommend 2-4 weeks for the first issue to arrive. I have however contacted the publishers on your behalf who have confirmed your start date. I have sent this in a separate email to you. I hope this helps.

“I have not heard back from "my magazine" the company who will be distributing one of my magazines to say when it will start or that they have my order. Thus is despite e mailing them to ask them.Hearst magazines have contacted me to say they have my order and will start next month for the 2nd magazine I ordered. On the positive my husband also did an order and won a £50 voucher! Would have been a v positive experience if I wasn't concerned about One order”
