I've paid my money for a year subscription to Which magazine about 2 weeks ago. Part of that included access to Which Online. So far I've had no contact from Which to give me a password or even acknowledge my subscription. I actually thought I had been scammed as I had heard nothing. I'm sure if I had got a subscription directly from Which I would have some communications and access to online magazine. How long do I wait ???

Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service so far. Here at iSUBSCRiBE, we are a third party company who place orders on behalf of the publishers, who download our orders. As we do not send or fulfil the subscription we have to recommend 4-6 weeks for the first initial delivery and for you to gain access to your digital subscription. Please note you will also receive a welcome letter from which? detailing all the relevant information as soon as this is in process. I hope this helps slightly.

The after sales customer service is brilliant. I sent a query in which was dealt with very efficiently by Gemma. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is that my first issue will not arrive for some time now but I suppose this may be down to the supplier not being able to meet demand. Otherwise Im pleased with the service.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Firstly I would like to apologise that you have not heard back from us, it appears that non of your messages has reached us. I have sent over a personal email to gather information from you so we can investigate why your messages did not reach us. In regard to the first issue arriving before Christmas it would appear that when the order was placed it was not selected to start after Christmas, which was an option above the delivery address. This would be noted on the confirmation email if you selected this option. As it was not selected at the time the first issue was sent out in the standard delivery time of 4-6 weeks for monthly magazine. It is unfortunate this has happened, I have sent you over an email to you to discuss this further with you.

Only just placed my order, expecting first delivery of magazines in January 2017. Difficult to fully rate until then. Thanks

Website can be a bit tricky to navigate around but the telephone and email support is first class. Prices are the up with best around with no hidden catches.

So easy to use. No need to rummage around trying to find what I knew I wanted. It was at iSUBSCRIBE, I ordered, paid and received what I wanted, all almost immediately and without effort.

My regular subscription to Tennis Head became due and was efficiently renewed on line - In addition I was so impressed a few months ago, when I had missed a renewal and in the process some special articles about Johanna Konta - My telephone call to isubscribe was courteously handled, your representative immediately understood my request and within a few days the back number of my magazine arrived. My compliments and many thanks!

Thank you for your review. Please be advised we are a third party subscription company who take orders on behalf of the publishers . As we does not handle the actual dispatch of the magazines we are only able to offer guidelines regarding delivery dates. As yours in a bi- monthly publication, you should expect to receive your first issue within 6-8 weeks time, from your order date, as stated on your email confirmation. Please note you will also receive a letter in the post from the publishers at a later time to confirm the exact date. I hope this helps.

I ordered a subscription and was told it would take five weeks for the first magazine to arrive as this was a gift I had hoped it wold be sooner. Also a gift card with it would have been appreciated.

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us a review. Please be advised for all monthly publications we have to make our customers aware delivery can take between 4-6 weeks. In most cases they come sooner, but as we do not send them we cannot guarantee this, which is why the industry guidelines are set. In regards to a gift card, we can set up an icard for you. I have sent a separate email to you for you to provide the relevant information for this to be set up.

I am very pleased to be able to order on line but I recently reordered as a gift The magazine Selvedge. Order reference 1251138. Nowhere on my confirmation does it state it is a reorder going to the same address as last year. It would be helpful if this could be made clear on confirmation notices.

Thank you for your feedback. I have viewed your order and I can see this was flagged as a renewal subscription. We have taken your comments on board and in the next couple of weeks we will be highlighting on the confirmation email orders that have been marked as a renewal.
