“I have NEVER received a single magazine, total rip off - DO NOT USE. I did not even get an email confirmation so I could chase. USELESS.”

“Very easy transaction. This is the first time I used Isubscribe and it was very easy. I wanted a gift subscription for a friend and the website is very easy to use. Let's hope the delivery will be just as smooth.”

“After placing and paying for a subscription in February and calling several times to find out why my magazines had not arrived, I am told, this month (May) that the publishers cannot process my order. 3 months I was waiting and that was the only explanation I got back. Not happy at all!!!”

“I found placing the order for the gift subscription very easy and the customer service was excellent when I discovered that I had put in the incorrect postal code (just from memory). However with a gift subscription a confirmation email of the subscription should also be sent to the person giving the subscription - as I did not receive such confirmation email giving all the details I could not be sure that the address that I had given for the recipient was correct.”

“whilst the ordering/delivery and service has been very good, one thing that was a big letdown was a letter to the recipient of the gift asking them to resubscribe after I had renewed the subscription as a gift.”

“I use iSubscribe for gift subscriptions for friends. I get a slightly better deal than if I were to go direct with the magazines. One thing I would welcome is more information on the dates the subcription purchased covers - i.e. from which publication to which - so that its easier to work out renewals.”

“Racking my brains for something to give my Son for his birthday , found the Motorcycle magazine online and since he loves bikes thought I would subscribe to it for him.The great news for me is that he is really enjoying reading it so much so he said he would like to continue receiving it. This Birthday will be easy I have just renewed it for him -easy to do and excellent service and they will remind you when your subscription is coming to an end!”
