“I am sent an email saying my subscription needs renewing 7 months before it runs out! This happened last year as well. Surely 1-2 months is much more acceptable. I know you try and give special offers etc but this is working against your company.”

“Web site needs brushing up. Difficult to renew as site kept showing me reorder nine copies. Telephone service equally not up to scratch. Advised to leave number for call back. Did not happen. Eventually got thro to speak to a live person.”
