It does not seem that the receipient received tthe e card confirming the gift which caused a bit of confusion. Otherwise ok

Apart from there being problems with downloading for printing a voucher, I was pleased withe product and service

The selection of magazines and ordering was simple. However, I requested i-cards for both magazine subscriptions but have not received these. I have emailed isubscribe on two occasions now requesting that this be looked into and although the website says I would receive a response within 12 to 24 hours I have received no response whatsoever,

Easy to follow through.......but did not see the bit where I could access the free digital magazine....so never got it Probably need to follow it up

No receipt of my transaction was emailed to me, so I've been worrying for a week whether or not it was properly processed.

every time i have ordered i have been very satisfied , i order a years magazine for my fiance who loves radios and is a intermediate license holder but instead of ordering for one year i would like to be able to order for 2 years in a row if that is possible, apart from this , it saves him for looking for his favourite magazine which he has collected from a young age, there were quite a few times he went to his local newsagent and they either didnt order it or they orderered too few so there were times he was disappointed this way he gets it every month and he is over the moon as he keeps every copy in prestien condition

Too soon to comment on magazine subscription. Was great to receive a free magazine but sadly unable to open it as I I pad does not support Flash????

Too early to tell since will not receive subscription until after Christmas. Suggest you get your survey team to earn their fee by checking customers subscription dates

A fortnight after paying for magazines to be delivered to Sweden for Christmas the recipients have not had an email to confirm they are coming nor have they received anything. I am very disappointed. Pauline

Sent at least two e-mails asking for details about my order and still haven't had a response. Have know idea about the status of my order! Fingers crossed my mum with get her first edition after xmas like I asked?

Bought two friends magazine subscription as a Christmas gift. It took three phone calls to get them to email the ecards so we could put it in to the Christmas card to post it. Hope the service is better through out the years subscription.

Not sure how isubscribe add value to this process. I Did not receive confirmation that my order had been placed which caused me to place two identical orders. Isubscribe could do nothing to correct it and I had to go direct to the publishers.

I found the information on the web misleading regarding the use of a gift card. When I spoke to a member of staff I was informed that I was unable to use the gift card I had received against a direct debit subscription. This severely limited my options regarding what was available for purchase without costing me considerably more than the gift card itself!
