“Disappointed that my 'free gift' was with Naked Wines. In order to get £60 free wine you have to pay a further £46 or a lot more to get a case of 12. The wine is only worth the extra amount anyway. Can I have a different free gift?”

“I have not yet received the first issue of my new magazine order but I ahve always found iSubscribe to be efficient and prompt with magazine subscription orders. One thing however, the 'free gift' that went with my magazine was a voucher for a wine order. I do not drink and even if I did, I think this is a poor choice of free gift. It is not a gift either when it is simply a ruse to get you to buy something else for a much higher price.”

“I have subscribed to this magazine before as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law and she says that she gets really excited waiting for the magazine to arrive. They have never been late and the magazine is wonderful.”

“So far everything has gone O.K. Only thing is I do not know what month I will get my first issue. 6 to 8 weeks could mean late December, or early January, but I would like to think that I will receive a copy before Christmas.”

“I have just sent in a review to you and then I returned to my e-mails in-box and found another e-mail from you giving me vouchers for wine.....wooops!!! ....I do not take alcohol at all, ever! So - this is a criticism of your thinking - that everyone is happy to be offered wine.
