Found the website a bit hard to get what I wanted it to do. Thought I could print out a gift voucher but it turned out I could only have gift sent out as a email. So I phoned to say I had not put in a date to send email. So they took that information over the phone thought all would be fine but I found out that the email never got sent very let down.

I've given it 5 stars for the initial order process. But it seems a bit daft asking a customer to review a magazine subscription 3 days after they've just ordered it. The first issue of the mag has not arrived yet and a better time to offer an opinion would be a few months in I would have thought?

Rating would have been higher but I could not get the system to send me a new Password. I had forgotten the old one. It wouldn't let me pay as Guest either as it knew my E-mail address !! So I had to phone and do it hat way.

This review request was sent out so quickly that I can't really say how good or bad the company is. I have ordered magazines but none have arrived yet. It is only 4 days since I placed the order. Ideally each weeks magazines will come in one envelope to reduce waste, but I shall have to wait to find out what happens.

I bought the subscription as a gift for my niece. Following instructions, I wrote a few words for a 'gift tag' addressed to her and chose the option whereby isubscribe would email me the tag. I would then print the tag and give it to my niece to show what her gift was (as the first magazine might take 6-8 weeks to arrive). When the emailed tag arrived, only the words I had written appeared. There was no mention of the fact that the gift represented 6 bi-monthly issues of Little White Lies magazine,so I had to write those details on the tag or she would have had no way of telling what the gift was. Some joined-up thinking is needed to improve the website.

I was a little concerned when my i vouchers had not turned up after 8 days. You give starting dates for magazine subscriptions. Perhaps an estimated date for arrival of vouchers would be possible eg. within 5 working days. They have arrived now. I found the purchasing experience very smooth - no problems there.

Hi, I had some difficulty to acceed to my subscription; I've introduced my customer number 000002685881 and the site didn't recognize the number. So, I've done the subscription as a new subscriber. I would like to remind you that the expiry issue of the subscription which is running out is december 2014. I should appreciate a letter or an email with the beginning and the expiry issue of the subscription that I've done this week. Thank you and best regards, Paula Seguro

I renewed my subscription for National Geographic Kids through you but discovered I could have done it more than £8 cheaper if I'd gone direct to NGK! NGK would help with a refund but subscriptions via a 3rd party website does not appear on their system for weeks, apparently. Not prepared to pay for any more long phone calls to resolve this matter, so you get back to me!

I needed to buy a subscription to periodical as a birthday present for a cousin who lives in France. The system was very easy to negotiate and the whole transaction was completed quickly and without any undue problem..... Now remains to be seen whether Old Bike Mart arrives in his mailbox. KHY.

Well I will be better able to make a comment when I know my brother is receiving these magazines but it was quite easy to buy on line and to pay with my credit card from Australia. It is my brothers birthday on the 22nd of September.

With my first attempt, I thought I had ordered a monthly magazine, but I must say on ringing customer service, they were very helpful. Here goes again, I have ordered 13 issues of Golf monthly as a present, so hope all goes according to plan!
