“Easy to order a subscription on a user-friendly site. This was a gift for Christmas for my daughter and they sent a nice card that. I could alert her to the future magazine deliveries. The first one has now arrived as scheduled! A very positive experience.”

“I wanted a 12 month subscription to Women's Health magazine. however, you could only get 12 months via direct debit. This meant I was forced to get a 24 month subscription. This is why the rating is 'normal' and not 'very good'.”

“I was given a £30 gift card for Christmas. When I came to redeem it, I discovered that all of the magazines that I was interested in would only accept the gift card for a 12-month subscription, which costs a lot more than £30. Therefore, to purchase the magazine that I wanted, I had to pay an additional £32, more than the value of the original present, to be able to subscribe. Very disappointing.”

“Having purchased a subscription for my wife at Christmas I realised I had ordered the wrong magazine-doh! However, a refund was given without question which enabled me to correct my error. 10/10 for customer experience”

“The website is easy to use but if you choose 'Pay by direct debit', it isn't until right at the end of the checkout process that you realise you're committed to this payment every year. If you don't wish to do this, then you have to go right back to the beginning, repeating everything, and choose 'Pay by credit card' (admittedly paying a couple of pounds extra) and go through the whole process again! It should be made clear what you're signing up to at the beginning of the process.”

“the reason I have put a poor rating is because I renewed online and if I had waited till I got the second letter asking me to renew I would have saved an extra £3. £3 mat not sound much, but the way things are in todays current climate £3 is a lot.”
