“if you could introduce filters to your website wherby you could search for subscriptions with a free gift that would be handy. For instance - I was looking for a running magazine, but wanted one with a free gift.”

“The actual magazine I subscribed to costs three pounds less if you don't use 'isubscribe'. Furthermore 'isubscribe' failed to comment about this when asked via email.”

“Very difficult to make the transition from having the magazine sent somewhere in Britain to the United states. A lot of going back and trying to re-enter the information. And I still have no idea when it will be delivered.”

“I did purchase a subscription for GQ as a gift. The process on the website was quite straight forward, nice website and follow up emails, I also used the ecard option at time of checkout. However I don't know when the first magazine will be delivered and my friend has never received the ecard :-(”

“I wasn't very happy as I realised I paid more than I should have, the recipient did not receive a free gift and she didn't receive an email advising her the gift had been purchased for her as I requested. The magazine also seems to be received very late.”

“On line it was a bit confusing and ended up doing a direct debit - it was for a one off years subscription for a gift but when I telephoned ? Cheyrll she was v helpful - so am just hoping all will be as it should be. Gift card - starting in March and a one of payment for l12 months.”

“Website was easy to use + everything was straightforward. Received email confirmation to say order had gone through. However, today I had a phone call from the magazine company saying isubscribe had only sent through half of my delivery details (my name + nearest big town). I the supplied the house number, road name + village name. Not sure what happened????”

“Very dissapointed with both times I have dealt with this company. Didn't respond to message I left on their site, gift voucher I set up to be emailed on Xmas day not sent. Lukewarm apology when I called. Won't be using again.”
