“I purchased two subscriptions for our school using the web site. It was easy to use and easy to find the publications that I wanted. As a LA School we can't sign up to Direct Debits so this service is ideal for us to use. The prices were comparable with most other sites.”

“The process is quite easy and they had a good range and prices. I am a little annoyed that a discount that was meant to be applied at the checkout wasn't and there was no way to do it. Their support didn't help much afterwards.”

“Still waiting for delivery of magazine ordered for my mother in December 2013. If is now nearly April 2014 and still not received. No response from calls either yo ask what on earth us going on.!!!!!”

“Well so far all that has happened is that my money has been taken and I have had confirmation of that. I requested a 'gift' email to myself which I could include with a birthday card. This has not arrived. The subscription is only due to start in April so I have to keep my fingers crossed that arrives.”
