“I buy a magazine subscription as a Christmas present for my relatives in the States. The online process is straightforward and the cost of the subscription is good value. Having done this for several years I can confirm that the magazines arrive regularly every month.”

“In ordering the magazine for a Christmas present for my friend it was important that it was the correct magazine that arrived, it was on time, and it was at a price that was unbeatable through any other supplier iSubscribe met all of these categories. “New to iSUBSCRiBE, my only experience thus far has been setting up a subscription for the relatively new, 'Womankind' magazine. The process was smooth, easy and efficient, and I eagerly await regular deliveries! My only disappointment was the statement that the current edition would not normally be included as it was already on sale in the shops. I have searched pretty comprehensively for this edition and have not been able to find it. I would be happier with your company if you provided me with this current edition!”

“Easy to buy a gift card but I'm disappointed that you no longer accept card payments for 6 month subscriptions. Direct Debits are faffy and if your buying as a gift it was nice in the past to buy family a 6 month subscription to their favourite magazine. I did ring customer service and they were very helpful. I was informed that it was the publishers decision to only have 6 month subscriptions on direct debit. I think they should reconsider.”

Dear Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Firstly, I would like to apologise the icard you created was never received. I can see this was set up on the 29/09/10 at 20:31, to be delivered to the recipients email address provided. We would like to advise you all of our icard’s should be sent the same day, unless we have been requested otherwise to send on a selected date. We do however occur some technical issues sometimes when these may not have be sent and some icards may be filtered through to people’s junk mail, for which we apologise for. I’m aware his birthday would have passed by now to re-send but I would just like to reassure you for your next purchase our customer service team are always one phone call away to have this resolved/re-sent on the same day. “Failure to fulfil an order, which incidentally was a Birthday gift. I ordered and paid for the subscription in July and to date we have only received one copy of the magazine despite six different phone calls. This months issue has still not arrived and yet the new one is due out next week. Definitely NOT happy and this is not the first time. Last year we had the same problem plus the paper quality is getting worse. It wouldn't be so bad if they offered some complimentary magazines but no nothing! May as well just go direct to local newsagent.”

Dear Rosemarie ,Firstly I would like to thank you for taking time to review us. I apologise that this gift has not been smooth running; this is due to the magazine changing to a new dispatch agent. Which has slightly delayed two of the recent issues. You should have received an issue in August, I have sent you over a personal email to check the delivery address and provide further information also compensation for the delay experienced due to the change of dispatch companies.
