“Very disappointed that it will take 4-6 weeks for the first publication to be delivered. I subscribed for my Mother as a birthday gift and would have liked her to receive the present by her birthday this week. I think it's much too long to wait for the first delivery. Apart from that it was easy to order on your site. Nothing amazing, just easy.”

“User friendly website. Decent offers on magazine subscriptions. And the cherry on the cake is a decent cashback from topcashback website. So, you get paid to subscribe - every little helps (sorry, Tesco).”

“Felt it disappointing that I did not receive an email to confirm my subscription so had I not printed a copy of my subscription I would have nothing at all - felt therefore that the customer service could be improved.”
