“I had a query re renewal of a subscription at the same time as making a change of address. The website treatment of this was a little confusing but the follow up response was prompt and efficient.”

“getting thoroughly pissed off with all the unsolicited emails from isubscribe direct and a load of others using the isubscribe logos...despite listing everywhere NO CONTACT. All this to save a paltry £7 on a 3month paper bil!!!...never again DON'T DO IT”

Hello. Sorry to hear that, but as we don't give customer email addresses to publishers I'm at a loss to know where you might have received these emails from. You would have received the order confirmation email from us and the email with the free vouchers we're giving away with each subscription. Were those what you meant? Anything else from iSUBSCRiBE has our details and an unsubscribe link.

“I would much prefer it if the prices were the same for paying by card and by direct debit. It seems ridiculous that a card payment - which is instant, and in full - costs more than direct debit - which is spread out over the year. Surely it should be the other way around, and people who pay in full, in advance, should be the ones 'rewarded' (if anyone is). The easiest way, of course, would be for the charges to be the same as those 'trailed' in the emails, for all customers.”
