“Easy to use site,used it three times now no problems.”

“I opted for an ecard to be sent on the birthday as this was a gift. The card was not emailed and the recipient didn't receive anything. Apart from that. Great price, I will await the first delivery and hope there aren't any problems.”

“Don't have my magazine yet (I expect it in around 3-5 weeks) and my direct debit hasn't shown in my bank account either (after a week) so fingers crossed all will be OK. The offer was pretty good for 3 issues though, lets hope they all turn up.”

“I cannot understand why I am being asked to write a review for a product that has not arrived. I was sent a very vague email saying my first magazine would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I did not expect to pay and then wait so long. Very poor service, which I shall not use again.”

Hi Pauline, Thank you for taking time to review us. As we offer a large selection of magazine we are only able to provide guidelines for the delivery time when the order is placed as the time can vary from each magazine we offer. I appreciate that 4-6 weeks can seem like a long time to wait; as the delivery labels are printed weeks advance this is why we allow this time frame. I have sent you an email with additional information of your order.

“Ordered Wedding magazine on 29th January for a newly engaged friend. It is now 3 months later and she has still not received her magazine. As she gets married next April she would benefitted from the magazines a couple of months ago not a couple of months after her wedding!! I have emailed Isubscribe twice and the magazine supplier and had no replies. Very disappointed :-(”

“Wanted to order a magazine subscription for my son's birthday but had a problem with the website so phoned. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and asked if it was a gift, she then emailed me a greeting for my son so that I could send it on his birthday. Very helpful.”

“i only require the three month offer for £3 -00 SO I NOW HAVE TO ENSURE I CANCEL the direct debit before £21-25 is taken from the bank i will contact the oldie magazine to ensure i only have the 3 months deal disturbed OAP not happy with this way of customer service A.J.GRAY”

“I have only used Isubscribe twice at the moment and find the site easy to use in finding the correct type of magazine very quickly and ordering is simple. The magazines are delivered on time every month and it is exciting to find them waiting to be read and enjoyed, rather than all the unsolicited mail that just gets put in the recycle bin. There is a varied choice and really good offers. I would certainly recommend using the site.”
