“Finding the magazine I wanted was easy to do using the web site. Everything else went smoothly and hopefully the magazine will be delivered on time. If so the service I required was excellent”

“The staff dealing with my renewal were very good and very helpful-no complaints about them at all, but it took ages to get through on the phone and had to ring again having waited over 5 minutes to get through the first time and had to put the phone down,then had to wait again the second time for ages.”

“Very quick and easy to order a magazine subscription over the telephone. The operator was helpful. This subscription was a gift for my mother and did take over three weeks to arrive from the date it was ordered. This seemed a long time as the subscription is for a weekly magazine. It is a great gift idea though and useful if you are housebound.”

“No where to enter an existing customer number for speedier service. Despite ticking all the boxes saying no contact from yourselves or any other service I have been bombarded by andertising and now this survey, at least I can get this off my chest.”

“I ordered the magazines from a leaflet, The Radio Times, The Week, Puzzles Galore and Puzzle Compendium. All were on discount so felt couldn't lose, and they were all delivered on time. When I no longer required 2 of them there was no quibble about cancelling. I am very impressed with their service, and am thinking of subscribing to some of the more specialised puzzle magazines. Thank you ISubscribe.”
