Very dissapointed with both times I have dealt with this company. Didn't respond to message I left on their site, gift voucher I set up to be emailed on Xmas day not sent. Lukewarm apology when I called. Won't be using again.

Terrible and inefficient customer service. If you have any questions or issues with your order you are redirected to the magazine publisher - in my case conde nast. I am still awaiting for a response almost a month after my order - really poor.

Really disappointing service. Had bought a subscription as a Christmas gift and created an ecard to send to let the recipient know of the gift. The ecard never arrived, and the recipient is yet to hear anything from isubscribe. Would not recommend, especially bearing in mind that you can get the magazine subscription from a number of other outlets online.

The gift cards weren't sent on my behalf and when I phoned, they were closed down until after the new year. As this is peak present time, t seemed wrong that there was no-one there to answer the phone. Very upset that no-one knew I had sent presents and that I can't do anything about it until next week.

My partner still cannot activate his digital subscription and yet I am getting loads of emails. The purchasing page kept crashing and was difficult to navigate when buying a gift. I would not use isubscribe again as other magazine subscription websites are far better and you at least get your product.

I feel you need to sort out some issues (1)I first began my transaction via phone only to obtain a recorded message Stating too busy I duly left my details and was astonished it took some 16hrs For someone to respond (2) I then did an Internet transaction and was disappointed that no matter How hard I tried I was unable to obtain gift card off your website to give to my brother as Christmas gift (3). I then sent you an e mail regarding this problem no real response from you lot to sort out crap service altogether from watrets @aol.com

The e card that was supposed to have been sent on Xmas day, still hasn't been received. which has caused me a great deal of embarrassment. It should have gone to Graeme@relyablinds.co.uk

Bought an Aga magazine and asked for a gift card to be sent by email on 25th Dec. This was never sent.

I have taken out 2 subscriptions, one of which is a gift but did not receive email confirmation for either subscription, e-giftcard sent or the £5 gift voucher as promised on the first subscription. After a phone call this was all sorted but it did cause inconvenience and I was left very embarrassed by the lack of e-giftcard!

Well the price was good, especially using a cashback site as well. But it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it arrived too early and the promised e-mail "card" for Christmas day, saying who it was from, never arrived (spam folders etc checked) so as a present it rather missed the point. Magazine (Vegan Life) is very good though.

The subscriptions that I have made are for gifts for others for Christmas. I requested an e-mail was sent to my 2 recipients on 24th December, and up to yet they have received no notification informing them of their gift. This was most disappointing and has left me lacking confidence at the moment and just hoping that the magazines I have subscribed to and paid for, do actually start arriving for them next month.

This is the second year running I have paid for a subscription for Classic Cars for my partner and both years he has not received an email to advise him I have purchased the magazine as a Christmas gift. Furthermore communication is very poor, as I have not been informed when he will receive the first magazine (so I can ensure he does not miss a month). I shall be choosing another subscription provider next year.

Very frustrated with this purchase, bought subscription as a Xmas present and marked it as a gift. But the PDF available to print has price on it and when will magazine appear- I have no idea and cannot find out either! I bought this 3 weeks ago, surely that's enough time to get this months edition to me? Last time I buy a subscription as a gift

I could not get in touch, left answer phone messages but no one called me back. When I eventually did get in touch and asked to cancel I was told I could only cancel within 48hrs. When I spoke to my bank they said it is very unusual to have no cooling off period. I am very disappointed with the service I received.

I've just bought an online gift magazine subscription thinking it would be straightforward. It isn't. No explanation as to why the online issue's can't be accessed as soon as I've clicked on the link emailed to me to activate the subscription. Hoping it activates itself somehow! I don;t mind waiting but it would be nice to know

The transaction via Amazon account went smoothly but I have had nothing from iSubscribe to confirm my purchase. As my purchase was a Christmas gift I would have expected some form of acknowledgement and also a gift card so I could give it to my family member at Christmas very poor
