Easy to order but disappointed there was no option to include a message. It was bought as a gift and I would have liked to include a greeting.

Hi Sallie, Thank you for taking time to review us. We do have an option to include a message at the end of the order process, this is an iCard that has a image of the magazine and a message. I would be happy to set up an iCard for you, I have sent you an email with the details.

I liked the overall look of the website. I didn't think it made it very clear when entering details about to different names as this was a gift. I would have liked a confirmation email for my order as well. Cannot comment on delivery yet.

I am very happy with the inewspaper vouchers. However they came in a torn envelope and it was a miracle that the contents were not lost.

I have been a subscriber for some time and everything went well but recently Dec Feb. & march my magazines have gone missing .

However, I do love your magazine, I think it should show in US dollars on what the yearly subscription price is, it gets very confusing when all prices are in UK amounts. Also, I thought $129 for a year to Papercraft essentials is outrageous, plus was charged another $3 through paypal for converting the money into US dollars. I choose to do it because it was Christmas money I had to spend, hopefully my renewal price will be more affordable, if not I won't renew at that price. Thanks, hopefully my feedback will help with these changes :)

I purchased a gift subscription but no-one could tell me when the person would receive their first issue - just had to tell them to wait until it arrived! Phones isubscribe and publisher and both gave lots of excuses but no answers

Good price. Not very easy to order on a mobile, so would be better if site was more mobile friendly. Confirmation email arrived quickly.

I did purchase a subscription for GQ as a gift. The process on the website was quite straight forward, nice website and follow up emails, I also used the ecard option at time of checkout. However I don't know when the first magazine will be delivered and my friend has never received the ecard :-(

Website was easy to use + everything was straightforward. Received email confirmation to say order had gone through. However, today I had a phone call from the magazine company saying isubscribe had only sent through half of my delivery details (my name + nearest big town). I the supplied the house number, road name + village name. Not sure what happened????

Straightforward ordering process, good pricing. My only niggle is that I bought the subscription as a gift and the beneficiary did not receive the email she was me meant to get telling her about the gift.

I was delighted to receive a years subscription to Rolling Stone magazine as have always found it difficult to get off the shelf at any UK newsagent. Just a couple of points though. 1 I received the subscription as a Christmas gift, and on Christmas Day my wife told me to look in my e mails, where she was told there would be an i card in my mail. However there was no I card and then my wife had to explain that she had paid for a years subscription to Rolling Stone for me, so the surprise was lost. 2 The price we have to pay in the UK compared to the USA is far too much. So while delighted to be receiving a years subscription as a gift, there is no way I will continue year on year as it's simply too high a price. If it was nearer the USA price there is no doubt I would continue to purchase Rolloing Stone year on year.
