“This was a simple renewal of a trade magazine. 1. I subscribe were a complete pain to deal with 2. It would be much easier to just ring farmers weekly and pay for renewal. 3. It is a complete pain to be contacted at least 3 times by email and asked to review what should have been a very simple transaction. 4.having bought one item I get pestered to buy every other pointless product they provide. 5. My recommendation "don't deal with I subscribe. I never will again”

“I was a bit disappointed with my subscription, I decided not to renew because the 1st magazine had a missing item which I had to wait a couple of weeks to be sent out, and the following two issues were available to buy in the shop before I received mine, so I decided that if I wanted any further issues I would just purchase from the local shop, where I could choose which magazine was more appealing.”

“at the time it seemed OK and email arrived on the recipients birthday. However no magazine arrived until well after two months from ordering - in fact nearer three months. I also had to phone up to ask what had happened to the magazine. A little more email contact with exact delivery details would have been helpful.”
