“So far I have had a positive experience, I hope this continues through to my actual subscription starting. The reason I didn't give a very good is that I am slightly concerned that this new gift subscription may not follow on smoothly from the subscription I already have (from WH Smith).”

“Keep getting emails about subscriptions fot other magazines but have not yet received gift magazine voucher I ordered. Should concentrate on fulfilling original purchase first.”

“Everything seemed to go well during the order process. We will have to see if the order gets delivered. The site it's self could be improved to help with finding what I was looking for. Better filters are needed.”

“Already receive Hampshire Life and iSubscribe give some good offers for other publications. The e-mail as a gift is a good feature too, as you can send to your own e-mail and wrap as a present.”

“I've not received an e-mail with christmas greetings to print for the recipient of the magazine, or any acknowledgement of my purchase. I was unable to save as pdf at end of purchase”

“Website offer of £5.00 off was confusing as initially I added 2 items to my basket, only one was eligible for the discount but it would not let me enter the code, I had to remove one item, enter the discount code, then add in the second item separately. A little confusing. At checkout, I was asked if I would like an email sent to myself so I could print it to send as a gift. That email never came. A little disappointed.”

“I had a problem trying to receive a copy of the card I was sending to the recipient of this gift. I phoned three times and I eventually had to get it sent to a friends email who then forwarded to me. I can't understand the problem as I received confirmations of my order to my email address.”

“I had a very quick, no-nonsense experience when shopping with ISubscribe and managed to get £5 off on a special offer in addition to the fact that they were way cheaper than competitors! All in all a good deal.”
