Hey, ordering my subscriptions has been simple and easy - my direct debit has been setup (got a letter), but the magazine publishers have not received my details even after a week of paying for it. The faster you send my details, the faster I'll get my magazines, the happier I will be, and more likely I will be to return and also generate referrals for you!

Rang isubscribe re. non-delivery of ordered item. Very helpful young lady (I assume, from her voice) offered to ring publisher and ring me back. She could not contact the publisher by phone so emailed. Called me back very promptly to say publisher had responded and was sending a complementary copy of the magazine because of the delay. Magazine received. Wish I had made a note of her name. Excellent service! Very satisfied.

It would have been nice, as the magazine I purchased is a gift if you sent something out or produced something I could print off myself and wrap up.

First class price and went through okay. I am always a bit wary when I receive the vouchers a few months before my previous ones are finished and feel it would be better if they just flowed on. But am assured that they are not dated and will be no problem.

The process of choosing from a really good variety of magazines was easy, and the ordering process simple. I have no idea as to the quality of service of this company, as the magazine subscription is not due to start til December and will be delivered to a different address in any case. The prices on this site were identical to those I googled, so I'm happy with the value.

The magazine subscription is for one of my parents, and this renewal system provides the flexibility to spread the cost and provide the timely reminders. Additionally offering further discounts through loyalty and online renewal. Gift and alternative delivery address works well for me too.

Easy transaction for my magazine of choice, which is more than I can say for trying to unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails for this provider! after 3 attempts at cancelling these promotional emails I'm still getting them. All it does is fill my inbox with rubbish and makes me angry!

Order 10 weeks ago, still not received. Concidering I am paying what amounts to $100 in postage I would have thought this would have been quicker. Also really in this modern age youhave to ship the magazines? Surely they can be formated and printed locally .....update .... was told it would be here 3rd December but .... It is now over 13 weeks I am told it will be here on 11th January , not much use for Xmas!

i ordered 2 subscriptions for 2 birthdays on the same day. The first one came 2 weeks before the date and the 2nd one did not appear. I was told it would come Jan/Feb 2016 when I asked for it for the 23rd Nov.2015. I cancelled it and was told at first that I could not have my money back and after speaking to the Publishers I was told I could be getting a cheque back. Which has not arrived as yet. Anne Burton

I was already a subscriber. A misleading renewal notice was sent out and I renewed. I received a letter saying that the magazine was renewed until well into 2017 even though I had renewed for twelve months. It transpired that the early discount renewal notice was sent out months early. This magazine is for my grandson. While on the phone I was told about a 3 for a £1 offer. I decided to try Android magazine as I had just purchased an android. My grandson called to ask about the magazine as he had received a letter telling him he was going to receive it. I have never had a copy of the letter or seen the magazine. What poor incompetent service.

Disappoined that the card informing my daughter that she was to receive the magazine as part of her birthday present! My daughter, after the first installment did remark that the 'Devon Life' did appear full of advertisements.

Easy purchase and great service, shame about the incessant emails since, even though I selected not to get them, and kept un-subscribing from them upon receipt, and had to email contact them to stop them, for the second year running!

As an overseas customer I found the system easy & quick to do. I receive my magazines on cue every month, no complaints. I have had a quick response to questions I have asked.

I have bought two or three magazines from you but must say that I am very fed up with the spam that arrives from you every day, it really isn't necessary to send your emails to me every single day and if they continue I shall consider stopping my subscriptions to you.

The (very timely) letters you sent to me as the customer purchasing a gift certificate did not flow through to the recipient... which meant it was a "long time between drinks" not knowing whether Grandma's (me!) really bought a mag about space or not!!!

The first few weeks delivery were on time (Radio Times). It is presently 21:15 Friday and I have not yet received Saturday's copy. The reason I subscribe is because of personal circumstances. Something of a let-down, agreed?
