“Great value. Found the magazines I wanted. Subscription process is seamless. Communication easy and responsive both from ISubscribe and direct with the publishers - when I changed address.”

“The purchasing of a magazine sub appears to have gone through OK but I have been disappointed that the suppliers have not been able to advise me when precisely I should expect to receive the first copy. Almost certainly I will continue to purchase a weekly copy from my newsagents and end up duplicating an issue.”

Dear Malcom, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. At ISUBSCRiBE we are a third party agency who set up orders on behalf of the publishers. The publishers then download their orders from our secure server on a weekly basis and then send out the magazines. As we do not handle the actual dispatch of the magazines we are only able to offer guidelines regarding delivery dates. “Paid with Amazon no problems and had two emails confirming payment. Never received an order confirmation from I subscribe. Rang to chase and told it would be re-sent. Still not received but have had an email today asking for a review !!”

“To start with, a very good price for the subscription, very easy to fill details on line and prompt email to say everything gone through ok along with details of how they could be contacted if you have any queries. I would definitely deal with isubscribe again”

“I ordered a subscription as a gift for my friend. I didn't have her current email address at the time ..:so she could receive the email from I subscribe telling her about the gift. I then got the email and the following day sent an email to I subscribe asking if they could now send this gift message to my friend. I did not even receive a reply. My friend did not get any email and thought p had forgotten her birthday. Poor customer service”

Hi Bronagh, Thank you for taking time to review us. I am sorry to hear about your experience on our website. I am not sure what has happened here as it doesn't show an iCard that you created nor can we find any emails from you. Of cause we have a lot of customer gifting subscriptions and we are quick to respond to iCard queries to ensure that the iCard arrives on time. We will investigate into this to ensure this will not happen again.

“Spent ages trying to find a Spent ages trying to find a decent price in order to renew my subscription to House & Garden and iSubscribe was much the best. Very quick and easy to use the website. Would have been even better if one was offered a choice of renewing for two years rather than just the one. It would also be very helpful to have the date of the last issue covered by one's subscription and the date by which one must renew in order not to have a gap.”

“The whole process was incredibly easy and loved that I could subscribe to two publications in one transaction. Still too early to have received my first copy of either magazine but so far I'm very happy with iSUBSRiBE.”

“I purchased an e voucher as I needed it for a birthday present 2 days later. The email never arrived and there was no one available to contact over the weekend. This is so frustrating as they specifically advertise for last minute gifts.They did get back to me on the Monday and sent the voucher.”

“To have the magazine subscription delivered to France I thought was expensive and would not have bought it if it was not a present for someone special.”

Hi John, Thank you for taking time to review us. As the magazine is delivered abroad it dose cost bit more in postage that is included in the cost. The publishers use a delivery company who are reliable to ensure the magazine arrives on time.

“Very unhappy that I did not receive a confirmation of Order immediately. I did not in fact know that it had been accepted until I checked Visa account. I do not know if magazine I ordered is correct one nor when I can expect first copy and if you have address correct. John Ware”

I am sorry to hear the confirmation email did not reach you straight away, I have resent this to you and investigating why you didn't receive it when the order was placed. This email provides delivery guidelines which can also be found on our website. At the point of order we can only provide delivery guidelines as we offer a large selection of magazines. I have sent you an email with the delivery details of the particular magazine you ordered.

“I purchased The Peoples Friend magazine paying a subscription on 6th may 2016 ' To date I have'nt received anything .it is a weekly magazine and I should have received a copy on11th may”

Hi Elaine, Thank you for taking time to review us. The first issue of your subscription can take 4-6 weeks to arrive as stated on our website and on your confirmation email. It takes time for the first delivery as the delivery labels are printed weeks in advance. As soon as the first issue arrives it will arrive each week to your door.
