“I was thinking this morning how glad I am that I subscribed as I don't watch much television but without T.V. Times delivered I would miss my favourite Crime Series or documentaries., also I enjoy the articles. If there is a Bank Holiday there is always a note inside the previous week's magazine to warn that the next edition may be a little late. It is well below supermarket price too. Well done.”

“Generall, the service of iSubscribe is very good and your staff very polite, but when it comes to claims which need to be handled by the publisher itself, the publisher often cannot find the subscription with the iSubscribe order number and asks for the publisher reference. For an agency which deals with many subscriptions, it is very difficult to know this reference number as they are usually sent by snail mail weeks after the order was placed. For an agency with many subscriptions of the same title, it is impossible to tie this publisher reference up with the order reference. There are usually no details regarding the order date or, which would be even better, the iSubscribe order reference in those letters. There is not even a reference that the order was placed via iSubscribe. Often we end up not being able to claim a missing issue which results in customers not satisfied with our service.”

“Ordering the magazine was easy and quick. Great price too. Unfortunately the incentive gift of a free wedding folder has never arrived...despite me doing lots of chasing. I was eventually told that stock of the folders had run out and that I'd be sent a complimentary face cream instead. This has never arrived either! Fab magazine, shame about the shoddy customer service and aftercare...left me thinking that the 'free gift' was merely a scam to get the orders in.”

“The item was well packed. But if the service could be better if the subscribers could know what is the date that each of the publication would be sent to them. Maybe state the date or week that the subscribers could expect the delivery of the items that they subscribe. Other than that for a magazine lover. This service has been indeed brilliant so as very very good.”

“The prices seem to be competitive and it is no hassle to order a gift subscription, so all in all a good experience. I have given several gift subscriptions and none of my receipients has ever had a problem.”

“I was very disappointed that you did not get in contact with me through email until at least sixty days after I had subscribed on line.It was only until I received the magazine that I received an email after I complained about the shoddy service,as I used my credit card as payment if you re subscribe me I will be furious .”

“Subscribed to Hair magazine and never received any magazines for 3 months. Got it sorted in the end but was promised a few copies of magazines and never got them. So I can not recommend them.”
