great way to order magazines and a great price would use again

the website does not easily accommodate gift vouchers. The telephone service is totally acceptable.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you couldn't easily navigate the redemption of your gift card. On the checkout there is a section where you can enter your gift card number and the amount to pay will be reduced accordingly. We ordered this for our sons birthday it was very easy to do and our son is very happy with the magazine . I would use this idea again and recommend it to a friend

The first issue was received in the alotted time specified in the subscription information. There had been a problem in the mail room of the facility where the recipient is currently residing which caused the delay in his receiving it.

I'll ignore the usual, the mundane routines involved with taking on magazine subscriptions, focussing instead on the unusual. I have, over the past several years, been very impressed by the way the iSubscribe responds to 'phone calls. I have needed support quite a few times and on each occasion the 'phone has been picked up swiftly and cheerfully; I need hardly say how unusual a combination this is! I'll underscore this point - iSubscribe has an excellent team of individuals working to make the subscribers experience a pleasant one. Certainly beats a snotty shop assistant (or the absence of one on the empty sales floor at W.H.S's).

This is a good value subscription service. The only thing that would make it better would be the option to choose the start month of the subscription, particularly when you decide to buy your friends Christmas gifts in September, or their birthday gift 3 months early. I'm disappointed that it's not an option every time, but I think it's always the case with subscriptions.

Thank you for your review. isubscribe offer the option to start your subscription after Christmas, this is for Christmas gift subscriptions that you don't want to arrive with the recipient before December 25th! For the rest of the year, we will take your comments on board that a subscription start issue preference would be good.

I made a purchase in error and needed to change my order. They do so immediately but I had to wait over a week and two more phone calls for a refund and was then sent a cheque.

Thank you for your feedback. isubscribe are able to refund directly to a customer via their original payment method within 48 hours of the order being placed. After this time, the order and original payment is with the publishers who handle fulfilment. In this instance the refund was to come from OK magazine, which is why this may have taken a little longer as this involved isubscribe liaising with OK regarding the refund. I am sorry that you were disappointed, however I hope the magazine ordered is enjoyed by the recipient!

No confirmation of subscription or when it would start, no instruction how to log on to e telegraph, no email sent when had to request resetting password because TS number not recognised. Result: no electronic newspaper!,,,,

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the order confirmation email did not reach you, if you'd like us to re-send this please get in touch. The Telegraph send you login information separately, as this is fulfilled by themselves. i have contacted them today to let them know you are having trouble getting the online version, they advised to go via their app, enter your TS number with capital T&S and also to include a space where applicable in your post code. I chose the magazine I wanted and paid the subscription money. The magazine I chose was delivered to my daughter in law on the given date and I had a letter confirming that it was being delivered. Every thing was straight forward and no effort on my part. Thankyou for excellent service.

I normally renew my magazine subscription by filling in the little tear off slip at the bottom of the renewal letter, writing a cheque and sending it through the post. In this day and age it all seems such a lot of phaffing about. By doing it all online through iSUBSCiBE it was so easy and I signed up for 3 years and saved some money!
